Wellbeing for Teens

We are excited to be working with Kerry Keenan Mindfulness & Wellbeing to run a series of online drop in sessions for teenagers across the UK. These sessions will aim to make mindfulness & wellbeing practices accessible & enjoyable so you can confidently support your emotional wellbeing, improve your focus and stay calm through the exams and beyond.

These sessions will be ran over zoom on Tuesday evenings at 6pm.
