We aim to create relatable, easy-to-use and educational resources for all ages to support mental health.

From lesson plans to videos to assemblies, we have a wide range of resources suitable for everyone​.

All our resources are created by us, but vetted by mental health professionals, teachers and safeguarding experts.

  • Videos

    We have a range of mental-health related videos of all sorts for you to use for free. Some of the videos have been made by/for us, others from other organisations we work with.

  • Downloadables

    We offer a wide range of free downloadable resources, from toolkits to classroom activities, designed by young people to spark conversations about mental health in schools, youth groups, and at home.

  • Webinars

    We have a number of webinars planned throughout the year, on topics ranging from Masculinity to Self Care to Digital Wellbeing. We work with some of the top voices in the UK to share their expertise.

  • Place2Be

    Place2Be is a children’s mental health charity with over 25 years’ experience working with pupils, families and staff in UK schools. They provide mental health support in schools through one-to-one and group counselling using tried and tested methods backed by research. They also offer expert training and professional qualifications.

  • Empathy Week

    Empathy Week is a world-wide campaign aimed at developing the skill of empathy to boost understanding, reduce bias, nurture a culture of belonging and increase wellbeing. They offer free resources, assemblies and webinars for State Schools across the world.

  • Now and Beyond

    Now and Beyond is the UK’s only mental health and wellbeing festival for educational settings. Founded by youth mental health charity, Beyond, Now and Beyond was created in response to the pandemic’s impact on youth mental health. 

  • My Emotions Activity Book

    Thoughtful and calming, this freely available children’s activity book encourages children to talk about their feelings.

    Body Happy Org fosters body positivity in children and young people with workshops, CPD training, and resources promoting healthy body image

    For Families. Through the Happy Confident Club, families learn together how to handle emotions, navigate challenges, and build trust and harmony at home.

    ootiboo has developed over 40 creative projects for children to learn through play. Their focus is to nurture real-life learning, which includes financial literacy, critical thinking, empathy and problem-solving.
