ABOUT SPARK
Spark UK is a mental health organisation run by young people for young people.
Spark UK is one of the UK’s leading youth-led mental health charities, committed to sparking conversations around youth mental health. Founded in December 2020 by then 14-year-old Conor Warren, Spark UK creates free mental health resources, awareness campaigns, and educational content tailored to help young people and UK schools engage in open, honest, and meaningful conversations around mental wellbeing.
As a registered non-profit mental health charity, we believe that accessible mental health education should be a right, not a privilege. Our work supports hundreds of thousands of students, teachers, and young people across the UK, equipping them with practical tools to manage mental health, build resilience, and support one another.
Our Mission
At Spark UK, our mission is simple: to spark conversations around mental health and ensure that every young person feels heard, supported, and empowered. By working alongside schools, youth organisations, mental health professionals, and advocates, we deliver engaging and impactful resources that help break down stigma and promote positive mental health in young people.
