Spark Youth: A Community Built for the Next Generation

Young people today are navigating a world that moves faster than ever before. From social media pressures and academic expectations to career uncertainty and personal identity, the challenges facing 16–25 year olds are complex and constantly evolving. While awareness around mental health has grown in recent years, many young people still struggle to find safe spaces where they feel understood, supported and empowered.

That’s why we are creating Spark Youth.

Spark Youth is a community platform designed specifically for young people aged 16–25. It brings together a network of individuals who want to support their mental wellbeing, develop personally and professionally, and connect with others who genuinely understand what it’s like growing up today.

At its heart, Spark Youth is about community. Too often young people feel isolated with their experiences, believing they are the only ones struggling with certain pressures or emotions. Spark Youth creates a space where honest conversations can happen. Members can connect with peers, share their experiences, learn from one another and realise they are not alone.

Alongside community discussion, Spark Youth offers resources, events and learning opportunities designed to support young people in different areas of their lives. This includes conversations around mental health, personal development, careers, digital wellbeing, relationships and navigating adulthood. Through talks, workshops and expert insights, the platform aims to give young people practical tools they can actually use in their everyday lives.

Another key part of Spark Youth is youth voice. We believe young people should not just be participants in conversations about their wellbeing — they should be leading them. Spark Youth gives young people the opportunity to contribute ideas, share their stories and help shape the direction of the community.

Importantly, Spark Youth is not about having all the answers. Life between the ages of 16 and 25 can feel uncertain, messy and overwhelming at times. Spark Youth exists to make that journey feel a little less lonely and a lot more supportive.

Through connection, conversation and shared experiences, we hope Spark Youth will become a space where young people can grow, learn and support one another — while building a generation that feels more confident talking about mental health.

If you are aged 16–25 and looking for a supportive community where you can learn, connect and be yourself, Spark Youth is here for you. More information coming soon…
