All Star Advent 2025: A Message to My Younger Self
This World Mental Health Day, we’re proud to announce the return of All Star Advent - our annual December campaign that brings together familiar faces to spark conversations about mental health.
This year is particularly special. Not only is it the fifth and final edition of All Star Advent, but it also comes with a powerful new theme:
“A Message to My Younger Self.”
Why this theme?
So many of us, when we look back, wish we could reassure our younger selves - remind them that things do get better, that they’re stronger than they know, and that it’s okay to ask for help.
That’s exactly what this year’s campaign is about. Every day from 1st–24th December, a well-known face will share the message they wish they could give their younger self. These heartfelt reflections will offer comfort, hope, and practical advice to young people navigating their own challenges today.
What’s new in 2025
Daily video messages: One new video each morning at 8am, across our social media channels and website.
School & youth resources: Classroom packs with activities and discussion prompts linked to the theme.
Community actions: Simple, practical ways to share positivity and support others.
A final-year celebration: Surprise returns from past All Star Advent contributors alongside exciting new voices.
Live Webinars: We will be working with some of our amazing partners to host some live webinars throughout December for parents and young people.
Why it matters
The festive season can be tough for many young people. By sharing honest, personal reflections under the theme “A Message to My Younger Self”, we hope to remind everyone — especially those struggling — that they are not alone, and that brighter days lie ahead.
